Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation
- Free up to 24 hours before the lesson — reschedule or cancel yourself from the link in your confirmation email. Inside 24 hours the lesson is charged, because the slot can no longer go to anyone else.
- Refunds
- A lesson canceled more than 24 hours ahead is refunded in full to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 business days. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded. If a lesson cannot go ahead for a reason on my side, you choose: a full refund or another time.
Privacy policy
Personal information you give us through the contact form or when booking (name, email, message) is used only to reply to you, to schedule and deliver lessons, and to bill for them.
Booking and payment run through Cal.com and Stripe; their privacy policies apply to those steps.
We never share your information with third parties except where the law requires it.
